AARP Owes Millions for Unpaid Invoices, Staffing Firm Says

Aquent LLC sued AARP Inc in federal court for breach of contract and related claims arising from AARP’s alleged failure to pay over $7.5 million in invoices under two staffing contracts.

The complaint, filed in the US District Court for the District of Columbia, alleges that Aquent and AARP entered into a Master Services Agreement in 2013 under which the parties would enter into separate attachments to the MSA detailing the services Aquent would provide in relation to “individual engagements” undertaken under the MSA.
