A class settlement with A&W Concentrate Co. and Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. got a federal judge’s tentative approval Tuesday, resolving allegations in a suit by consumers who alleged they overpaid for vanilla-flavored beverages that lacked real vanilla.
The companies agreed to pay up to $15 million into a fund that would cover payment of approved claims, administrative costs, attorneys’ fees, and service payments to class representatives.
