A&E Television Networks escaped a copyright and trademark lawsuit Wednesday from the network behind television psychic “Miss Cleo” after a district court on Wednesday said the suit was deficient.
“Unfortunately, the court could not divine the proper outcome of this motion by tarot,” Judge Dale E. Ho said in a footnote. He dismissed the lawsuit brought by Psychic Readers Network Inc. without prejudice.
