3D Systems Corp. is approved to pay a class of shareholders $4 million to resolve claims that it misled investors about “righting the ship” after a “reckless acquisition strategy” that led to operational chaos.
The deal merits final approval, Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis said for the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Garaufis also approved attorneys’ fees of 33% of the settlement.
