Desktop Metal Inc. investors can’t proceed with a proposed class action against the 3D printer maker over statements about its compliance with FDA regulations and a product’s quality, a federal court ruled.
The shareholders failed to show a material misstatement and the necessary level of intent for securities fraud, Judge Indira Talwani said Wednesday for the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
