A member of a White supremacist group convicted of firebombing an LGBTQ-friendly Ohio church was properly sentenced to 18 years in prison, a federal appeals court said Friday.
The lower court’s sentence for Aimenn Penny was reasonable because while in custody he tried to orchestrate a similar attack on an Ohio theater, the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said.
