11th Cir. Won’t Revisit Decision Nixing Neuriva $8 Million Deal

Neuriva consumers failed to convince the Eleventh Circuit to revisit a panel decision that threw out an $8 million settlement with Reckitt Benckiser LLC, maker of the memory booster.

David Williams and others alleged Reckitt Benckiser deceptively advertised Neuriva as “backed by science” and “clinically proven” to improve brain performance when there is no scientific or clinical proof the product delivers those benefits.
