Atlanta Public Schools resolved claims from a daycare owner alleging she lost business from two schools after she complained about Mary Lin Elementary racially segregating its classrooms.
The case was dismissed with prejudice in light of a settlement agreement in the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia June 6.
