A religious discrimination suit waged against firm Norton Rose Fulbright was dismissed Wednesday.
Norton Rose Fulbright was sued in February 2024 by a former IT support analyst Joshua Boudreaux, who was fired October 2021 for “refusing” to comply with the firm’s vaccine mandate policy, which required employees to be vaccinated against Covid-19.
Boudreaux alleged the firm “failed to act in good faith during the interactive process because it did not meet with Plaintiff to consider whether it could have provided him with a reasonable accommodation without incurring a substantial cost in the overall context of its business,” according to the ...
