Troutman Pepper Locke Hires Mittman as Private Equity Partner

Benjamin Mittman joined Troutman Pepper Locke as a partner in its private equity and investment funds practice group in Philadelphia, the firm announced Tuesday.

Mittman’s practice spans various asset categories, including private equity, growth, venture, real estate, infrastructure, debt, residential mortgage-backed securities, and consumer health. He advises fund sponsors and publicly-traded global asset managers on structuring complex arrangements, including general partners, management companies, and special limited partner structures, the firm said.
