SpotDraft, which makes contract lifecycle management software for corporate legal teams, raised $54 million in funding, it announced Wednesday.
Vertex Growth Singapore and Trident Partners led the Series B funding round, SpotDraft said in a news release. Existing investors Xeed VC, Arkam Ventures, Prosus Ventures, and Premji Invest also invested in the round, SpotDraft said.
