Timothy Reilly joined Snell & Wilmer as a partner in its litigation, investigations, and trials practice group in Denver, the firm announced Tuesday.
Reilly advises clients through construction contract drafting and negotiation, business strategy for construction operations, and resolution of construction disputes, the firm said. He also handles complex commercial disputes.
He joins from Beltzer, Banger & Gunnell.
