Pre/Dicta, which makes software to provide insight into judicial behavior, said Tuesday it has added new functions to its AI legal prediction platform.
The firm says its judicial predictive analytics platform analyzes millions of docket entries and cases to create metrics for predicting the actions of judges in order to help lawyers and their clients plot litigation strategy. Pre/Dicta said, its metrics and outcome predictions now include:
- multiple motion types, including summary judgment, venue transfer, class certifications, and motions to compel,
- case-relevant timeline predictions from filing to trial,
- and venue comparisons across all federal venues.
