Alexandra Steinberg Barrage and Matthew Bornfreund joined Morrison Foerster as partners in its financial services and fintech groups in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.
Barrage, who will also co-lead the firm’s digital assets practice, advises clients on regulatory and supervisory matters, including digital asset activities, enforcement and examination issues, bank-fintech partnerships, complex claims resolution, and resolution planning, the firm said.
Bornfreund provides guidance to clients on regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters, the firm said. He advises advising banks, non-depository financial institutions, and fintechs.
