Morae Global, a Houston-based legal solutions provider, said Wednesday that it will acquire Exigent Group Ltd. in a deal Morae says will make it one of the largest players in the industry.
The two companies’ platforms will be combined into a single offering under the Morae brand with businesses around the world that serve more than 1,000 clients, Morae said. Exigent, a UK alternative legal services provider, offers technology, strategy, and consulting services for legal departments. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
