Pierre-Arnoux Mayoly and Shirin Deyhim joined Linklaters as partners in its leveraged finance practice in Paris, the firm announced Tuesday.
Both attorneys focus on funds finance, private credit, leveraged finance and debt restructuring, bringing expertise in mid cap and large cap equity bridge and NAV financing for lenders and asset managers. They assist private equity firms on mid-cap senior and mezzanine leverage financing acting for sponsors and lenders, the firm said.
They join from McDermott Will & Emery.
