Tracy Preston, chief legal officer of HanesBrands, Inc., has been elected chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s global board of directors for 2024, the group said Tuesday.
The ACC, which represents more than 45,000 in-house counsel worldwide, announced Preston’s election at its San Antonio, Texas, conference. Preston steps up from her previous post as vice chair, replacing Adrian Goss. Cristina Gonzalez, chief legal officer of Staples Inc. takes over as vice chair.
