Goldberg Kohn Adds Ex-Federal Prosecutor Chip Mulaney in Chicago

Charles “Chip” Mulaney joined Goldberg Kohn as a principal in its litigation practice group in Chicago, the firm announced Dec. 9.

Mulaney will lead internal investigations into allegations of financial misconduct, regulatory breaches, harassment, discrimination, and ethics violations, and will establish the firm’s white-collar defense and investigations practice. He will also advise boards, executives and in-house counsel on investigation protocols, privilege preservation, document holds, and remediation, the firm said.

He joins from the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois.
