Consilio Names BlueLinx’s Tricia Kinney as Chief Legal Officer

Legal technology company Consilio Inc. has appointed Tricia Kinney as chief legal officer, it said Thursday.

Kinney succeeds Mike Flanagan, Consilio’s general counsel since 2019, who will remain as an advisor during a transition period. Kinney most recently served as BlueLinx Corp.'s general counsel and corporate secretary, and had previous in-house roles at ServiceMaster Co. and Kimberly-Clark Corp.

She obtained an undergraduate degree from Boston College and a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School. Earlier in her career she was a litigation partner for Powell Goldstein LLP.
