CBIZ Appoints Jaileah Huddleston as Chief Legal Officer

Jaileah Huddleston has been named chief legal officer and corporate secretary of CBIZ, Inc. effective Dec. 11, the company said Wednesday.

Huddleston joins from Brown-Forman Corp., where she served as vice president, regional, securities and governance, and corporate secretary, according to CBZ.

She has more than two decades of business and legal experience, including board advisement and governance, complex M&A, international law, debt and equity financings, public company securities law, ESG, executive compensation, real estate, and compliance, the company said.
