Casepoint has appointed Chris Kruse to executive vice president, commercial and shareholder advisor, according to a Wednesday news release.
Kruse will take on operational responsibilities for the commercial business and collaborate with the company on strategy, Casepoint said.
He served as founder and CEO of CaseCentral as well as senior vice president at Epiq systems.
