David Clem joined Blank Rome as a partner in its business litigation group and financial services industry team in Dallas, the firm announced Monday.
Clem represents commercial and retail banks, credit unions, broker-dealers, mortgage lenders, consumer lenders, fintechs, investment funds, non-bank financial institutions, and other financial services players. He litigates disputes involving syndicated and participated loans, bank operations, securities fraud, lender liability, statutory and regulatory compliance, negotiable instruments, and creditors’ rights issues, the firm said.
Megan Altobelli also joined as an associate.
