The legal advisory firm Baretz+Brunelle bought legal tech accelerator LexFusion in an acquisition that B+B says will help it further plug into an increasingly sprawling legal industry.
Terms were not disclosed. By acquiring LexFusion, B+B is adding an “unmatched understanding of the crowded legal tech space,” B+B CEO Mike McNamara said in an interview.
The acquisition is B+B’s first since McNamara joined as CEO last year. He was previously the CEO of Dentons US LLP.
