Anthropic PBC made a further push into the legal industry Tuesday by announcing partnerships with LegalZoom, Harvey, and Intapp that can connect their legal resources with the AI chatbot Claude.
The additional partnerships come on the heels of a rollout several weeks ago of legal-specific plugins for Claude Cowork, Anthropic’s platform designed for business users. The previous announcement sparked a market selloff amid fears that AI would take over the software industry. Anthropic mitigated a similar reaction Tuesday as it signaled to investors that the company would act alongside existing software, including legal technology.
