Trade association National Retail Federation is seeking to block the implementation of a New York state law set to take effect next week, requiring retailers to tell customer that they use algorithmic pricing.
The lawsuit filed Wednesday in Manhattan federal court said the law will punish merchants that seek to find the best prices for customers and force business to adopt speech that they disagree with.
