Fox News Host Beats Defamation Suit from Hunter Biden Witness

Fox News pundit Jessica Tarlov defeated claims Tuesday that she defamed a witness at the House’s impeachment inquiry into President Biden by saying a Trump PAC paid the witness’ fees.

Tarlov, a Democrat on Fox’s “The Five,” didn’t make comments rising to defamation because while what she said was false, it didn’t subject witness Anthony Bobulinski to public disgrace, the Southern District of New York said.
