The First Amendment rights of a Florida Christian high school weren’t violated when it was denied permission to say a prayer over the Citrus Bowl public address system just prior to playing in a state championship football game, the Eleventh Circuit said Tuesday.

Cambridge Christian School Inc.'s free speech and free exercise rights weren’t violated because the announcements made over the PA system were government speech, the opinion by Judge Ed Carnes said.
