Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl LLC convinced a federal judge in Tennessee to dismiss legal malpractice claims related to the unwinding of the Clean Energy Advisors ponzi scheme, but must continue to defend claims it misrepresented the legitimacy of the funds to investors.
