CONFERENCE REPORT: Firms Wonder What Stays, What Goes for DEI Programs

Policy changes accompanying the arrival of a new presidential administration are requiring lawyers to address difficult DEI issues for their clients and their firms.

Speaking at Hinshaw’s 24th Annual LMRM Conference in Chicago on March 5, Elisha A. King, General Counsel for DLA Piper in Washington said that many lawyers have been bombarded by clients asking for help determining “what is OK anymore and what’s not.”
