Former California State Bar Executive Director Joe Dunn failed to convince the state Supreme Court to review his suspension from practicing law for moral turpitude.
The California Supreme Court denied Dunn’s petition for certiorari on Wednesday, according to the top state court’s results from a petition conference. Dunn will be placed on probation for one year and is unable to practice law for the first 30 days of that term, the California State Bar said in a press release the same day.
