The California Bar has new members, with the state supreme court announcing Thursday it is appointing two lawyers to four-year terms on the board of trustees.
Raymond “Ray” Buenaventura, a criminal defense attorney and former mayor of Daly City, replaces Sean SeLegue, an Arnold & Porter partner who resigned in December. Sarah Good, a partner and chief talent and inclusion officer at Farella Braun & Martel LLP in San Francisco, replaces attorney Christine Gonong. Gonong resigned last March to become a Los Angeles County Superior Court commissioner.
