Salesforce Faces Gender, Age, Disability Discrimination Claims

A 64-year-old former Salesforce regional vice presidentsued the software company Friday alleging she was fired after complaining of gender, age and disability discrimination.

Tricia Lane claims after over six years of excellent performance reviews and promotions, her treatment drastically changed in February 2024 when she was reassigned to a struggling sales team and given underperforming accounts while members of her former team were transferred to report to Lane’s younger, male peers.
