Management at the company directed employees not to file safety complaints, threatened employees for filing grievances or requesting union representation, surveilled union activities, and retaliated against an employee who pursued an unfair labor practice charge, the National Labor Relations Board determined. Murray also refused to give the union requested information about the company’s policies, and unlawfully changed the process for grievance meetings without union consultation, the board said.
