The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Union District 837 will not vote on Boeing’s offer that is “disrespectful to our members.”
- Offer made no meaningful improvements in the areas members have expressed to the union and company, IAM said
- The return to work agreement would allow managers and non-union workers to perform striking employees’ tasks for first 30-days back on the job, union said
- Boeing wants to terminate workers who don’t return to work immediately, the union said
