The jury in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas found Zynga’s “Games of Thrones,” “Hit it Rich” and “Black Diamond Casino” did not infringe IGT’s US Patent No. 9,159,189, which deals with mobile devices not stopping a game when communication is interrupted.
