Zunum Appeals Loss of $72 Million Boeing Trade Secrets Verdict

An aeronautics startup will appeal a judge’s ruling overturning its $72 million trade secrets trial win against Boeing Co.

Zunum Aero Inc. will ask the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to restore a federal jury’s finding that Boeing stole alternative fuel airplane trade secrets, according to a district court notice of appeal filed Thursday.
