  • Zebra Technologies files patent-infringement complaints at the U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington, seeking to block imports of rival bar code scanners and other devices made by Honeywell and escalating a legal battle between the two companies
  • Dispute is over portable scanners used in warehouses, retail stores and other businesses to keep track and monitor inventory and supply chain
    • Among the products that Zebra is seeking to keep from the U.S. market are Honeywell’s Granit barcode scanners, Captuvo mobile computers and M-Class Mark II printers that Zebra says infringe its patents
