A YouTube couple who raised $170,000 in a crowdfunding campaign to defend against a copyright infringement claim won a ruling that their critique of another video was protected as fair use (Hosseinzadeh v. Klein, 2017 BL 295259, S.D.N.Y., 16-3081, 8/23/17).
