Rapper Young Thug’s apparel brand Sp5der accused an online retailer of infringing its trademarks by selling counterfeit Sp5der apparel proudcts.
King Spider LLC, Sp5der’s parent company founded in 2019, says that Vasilegotkicks LLC and its owner Vasile Candale infringed its trademark protections by selling products they claim are “nearly indistinguishable from Plaintiff’s Sp5der Products, only with minor variations that no ordinary consumer would recognize,” according to a complaintfiled Tuesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
