Yeti Coolers LLC has asked the International Trade Commission to block imports of alleged Chinese knockoffs of its insulated tumblers and other products.
Yeti’s Sept. 28 complaint concerns its Rambler tumblers and bottles, Colster holders, and related items. The company, known for its upmarket ice chests, is targeting e-commerce companies Alibaba Group Holding Ltd., the Dunhuang Group, which operates the DHGate.com website, Bonanza.com Inc., and several other entities (Certain Insulated Beverage Containers, Components, Labels, and Packaging Materials Thereof, USITC, 3261, complaint filed 9/28/17).
