Yelp Launches Suit to Force Surrender of Yelp.ai Domain Name

Yelp Inc. is accusing a California man and a business of cybersquatting and trademark infringement in a bid to gain control of the yelp.ai internet domain name.

Paul Moreno and Moreno Roofing Company Inc. did not turn the domain name over to Yelp even after losing at arbitration at the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, the company alleged in a complaint in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
