Barco NV sued Yealink Network Technology Co. alleging it infringed wireless meeting room system patents by creating and selling similar video conferencing technology.
Yealink’s video conference system and wireless presentation pod allow a user to connect a laptop to a wireless communication network during a meeting with multiple participants, according to the complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
