X Hydration Hits Logan Paul’s ‘Prime’ Drink with Trademark Suit

Packaging and marketing for influencer Logan Paul’s Prime sports drink infringes registered “X” and “X Hydration” drink trademarks, a federal lawsuit said.

X LLC, which operates as X Hydration, said Prime Hydration LLC features “X” on its bottles while prominently using “PRIME X,” and “X Hydration” on its website, in a complaint filed Friday in the US District Court for the District of Minnesota. Over the summer, counsel for Prime refused to comply with X Hydration’s demands upon being notified of its infringement, the suit said.
