Workday and Washington State Settle Trade Secret Claims

Workday Inc. and Washington State University have settled their trade secret case with an agreement to protect Workday’s secrets from a public records request filed by a higher-education research firm.

The parties and Tambellini Group agreed to limit the group’s records request so it won’t include the information Workday sought to protect, according to a Jan. 3 court filing in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
