Womble Bond Adds Froelich as Financial Services Partner in NYC

Louis Froelich has joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner in the firm’s capital markets group in New York, the firm said Thursday.

Froelich advises hedge funds and venture capital and private equity groups by helping them manage their regulatory and compliance obligations and launch new funds and other products, according to Womble Bond.

He joins Womble Bond from a large systematic hedge fund, where he first worked as an attorney for the fund business, according to the firm.
