The developer of Covid clinical management software PrepMod accused a partner of registering its work after failing to enhance a precursor program as promised in a Maryland federal court complaint.
Multi-State Partnership for Prevention LLC said Kennedy Technology LLC agreed to upgrade software so it could help governments track Covid and vaccine information, the US District Court for the District of Maryland complaint said. Kennedy failed to deliver, quit in August 2020, registered a copyright in the PrepMod software MSPP ultimately licensed, and later sent a PrepMod licensee a cease and desist letter, MSPP said.
