Wave Neuroscience Inc. and a software company it sued for patent infringement told a Texas federal judge they were hashing out a settlement, months after the court shot down a physician-immunity defense.
Judge Xavier Rodriguez stayed proceedings for 30 days so that Wave Neuroscience and Brain Frequency LLC could finalize terms, according to a text order made public Sunday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas. The companies notified the court on June 27 they reached a settlement in principle.
