SharkNinja and a beauty company each flied a trademark lawsuits Thursday alleging illegal resale of legitimate products on
DS Healthcare Group Inc. sued WalMart and an unknown distributor, which it presumes is foreign, in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida for selling on Walmart.com DS Laboratories products intended only for foreign sales. SharkNinja meanwhile sued Prysm Goods in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts for reselling used and damaged SharkNinja household and cleaning products.
