Walmart, Other Retailers Face ITC Probe on Battery Jump-Starters

The U.S. International Trade Commission said Wednesday it is investigatingpatent- and trademark-infringement claims made in a lawsuit by The NOCO Co. against Walmart, QVC, Best Buy and almost four dozen other retailers and manufacturers over portable devices used to jump-start vehicle batteries.
