Twitter Inc. can move forward with its lawsuit seeking a declaration that its products and services with messaging involving text, images, and videos don’t infringe two VoIP-Pal.com Inc. patents related to a mobile gateway, a California federal judge ruled.
Judge James Donato, in an opinion issued July 22 in the US District Court for the Northern District of California, denied VoIP-Pal’s motion to dismiss the preemptive suit.
